These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of univiewlcd.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Shenzhen Uniview Commercial Display Co., Ltd. (“Uniview LCD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or communicating with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
Uniview LCD manufactures and supplies commercial LCD displays, digital signage products, interactive displays, video walls, kiosks, and related OEM/ODM hardware solutions.
The Site provides general information about our company, products, manufacturing capabilities, applications, customization services, and after-sales support. It also allows business customers to submit inquiries and request quotations.
The Site is intended primarily for business and professional users. It is not designed as a consumer e-commerce platform, and products cannot be purchased merely by submitting an online form.
2. Eligibility and Authority
By using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that:
- You have the authority to act on behalf of that organization;
- The information you provide is accurate and complete; and
- Your use of the Site complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the Site if doing so is prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
3. Website Information Is Not a Binding Offer
Product descriptions, specifications, images, videos, dimensions, certifications, performance data, application examples, production capacities, estimated lead times, and other content displayed on the Site are provided for general informational purposes.
Website content does not constitute:
- A binding offer to sell;
- A guaranteed quotation;
- A warranty that a product is suitable for a particular application;
- A confirmation that every specification or certification applies to every model; or
- A commitment regarding price, availability, production capacity, or delivery time.
A transaction becomes binding only when the applicable commercial terms have been confirmed in writing through a signed agreement, accepted purchase order, confirmed pro forma invoice, or another written document accepted by authorized representatives of both parties.
If these Terms conflict with a signed sales agreement or other mutually executed contract, the signed agreement will control for that transaction.
4. Product Information and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information. However:
- Product specifications may be updated or changed;
- Images and renderings may be illustrative;
- Colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, materials, and manufacturing batches;
- Dimensions and performance data may be subject to tolerances;
- Optional features may not be included in the standard configuration; and
- Certifications, test reports, ingress-protection ratings, brightness levels, operating temperatures, and other technical claims may apply only to specific models or configurations.
Before placing an order, customers must review and approve the applicable drawings, specifications, configuration lists, samples, test requirements, certifications, and commercial terms.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended installation environment, application, local regulations, and technical requirements.
5. Quotations and Project Inquiries
When requesting a quotation, you may be asked to provide information such as:
- Installation environment;
- Screen size and orientation;
- Brightness and operating requirements;
- Installation method;
- Touch or peripheral requirements;
- Operating system and interface requirements;
- Estimated order quantity;
- Project location;
- Target delivery schedule; and
- Drawings, images, or other technical materials.
A quotation is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. If the project scope, specification, quantity, materials, exchange rate, shipping method, or other relevant conditions change, we may revise or withdraw the quotation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations do not include taxes, duties, customs charges, installation, insurance, software licences, content-management services, or on-site support.
6. OEM and ODM Projects
OEM and ODM projects may require engineering review, feasibility assessment, drawing confirmation, component selection, sample production, prototype testing, and written approval before mass production.
We may reject or propose modifications to a requested design if we determine that it:
- Is technically impractical;
- Creates safety, reliability, compliance, or manufacturing risks;
- Infringes or may infringe third-party rights;
- Cannot meet the requested schedule or budget; or
- Is inconsistent with applicable law or our business policies.
No custom feature, material, colour, component, interface, certification, test, software function, or production schedule is confirmed unless expressly included in an approved written specification or sales agreement.
7. Samples, Drawings and Approvals
Samples and prototypes are intended to help verify configuration, appearance, dimensions, functionality, and performance before mass production.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Samples may involve separate engineering, tooling, production, and shipping fees;
- Sample approval is required before mass production of customized products;
- Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and delays; and
- Mass-produced units may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances compared with an approved sample.
Customers are responsible for reviewing drawings, specifications, sample results, and approval documents carefully before providing approval.
8. Orders, Prices and Payment
Prices, minimum order quantities, payment terms, currencies, taxes, banking charges, Incoterms, shipping arrangements, and order requirements will be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order confirmation, or sales agreement.
An order is not accepted merely because a customer submits a purchase order or makes an inquiry. We may accept, reject, or request changes to an order before confirming it in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Production may begin only after receipt of the required deposit;
- Final payment may be required before shipment;
- Bank charges are the customer’s responsibility; and
- Late payments may delay production, shipment, documentation, or support.
9. Delivery and Risk
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement.
Delivery may be affected by component availability, customization requirements, customer approvals, payment delays, carrier schedules, customs procedures, regulatory inspections, or events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping terms, transfer of risk, insurance responsibility, customs clearance, and title to goods will be determined by the agreed Incoterm and applicable sales documents.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly and report visible damage, shortages, or shipping discrepancies within the period stated in the applicable agreement or transport documentation.
10. Cancellations, Changes and Returns
Orders for customized, branded, configured, or made-to-order products may not be cancelled, changed, or returned after engineering, procurement, tooling, or production has begun, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Any approved cancellation, modification, or return may be subject to:
- Engineering or design fees;
- Material and component costs;
- Tooling costs;
- Work already completed;
- Restocking or handling charges;
- Shipping, insurance, customs, and banking costs; and
- Other reasonable losses resulting from the cancellation or change.
Returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
11. Warranty and After-Sales Service
Unless a different warranty period is stated in the applicable sales agreement, Uniview LCD’s standard warranty period is one year from the delivery date.
Warranty coverage is subject to inspection and confirmation by Uniview LCD. Customers may be required to provide:
- Product model and serial number;
- Purchase or delivery information;
- A description of the issue;
- Photographs, videos, logs, or other supporting evidence; and
- Information about the installation and operating environment.
Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Improper installation, operation, storage, or maintenance;
- Use outside the approved environmental or electrical specifications;
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair;
- Accident, misuse, vandalism, impact, liquid ingress, corrosion, or external damage;
- Unstable power supply, electrical surge, lightning, or improper grounding;
- Natural disasters, transportation damage after transfer of risk, or force majeure;
- Consumable parts or normal wear and tear;
- Third-party software, equipment, accessories, or services; or
- Failure to follow product instructions or agreed technical requirements.
Warranty remedies may include technical guidance, repair, replacement parts, or another remedy determined under the applicable sales agreement. Warranty service does not automatically include on-site labour, installation, removal, reinstallation, travel, customs, or shipping costs unless agreed in writing.
Any project-specific warranty or after-sales provisions in a signed contract will take priority over this section.
12. Software and Third-Party Components
Certain products may include or support operating systems, firmware, media players, content-management systems, applications, or components supplied by third parties.
Unless expressly included in a written agreement:
- Software, CMS services, cloud services, licences, subscriptions, content creation, and remote-management services are not included;
- Third-party software and components may be subject to separate licence terms;
- Compatibility must be evaluated for the customer’s particular configuration; and
- We do not control third-party updates, service availability, licensing changes, or security policies.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any licences necessary for their own software, content, media, fonts, operating systems, and applications.

- Our authorized use will not infringe third-party rights; and
- The materials do not contain unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Uniview LCD retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, manufacturing methods, standard designs, technical know-how, software, tools, processes, product platforms, and general improvements.
Ownership of project-specific tooling, drawings, source files, designs, software, or intellectual property must be expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.

Products must not be sold, exported, transferred, or used for a prohibited destination, prohibited end user, or prohibited purpose.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for determining whether local product registration, certification, labelling, radio, electrical, accessibility, environmental, content, or installation requirements apply.

22. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, labour disputes, power or network failures, transportation disruption, customs delay, fire, flood, component shortages, or supply-chain interruption.
