What Is an Interactive Digital Kiosk?

An interactive digital kiosk is a digital display device that allows people to operate on-screen content directly. It can support information lookup, directories, wayfinding, service introductions and interactive content. Unlike standard non-touch digital signage, an interactive unit requires touch hardware and compatible content or applications. The IK120 is floor-standing hardware for indoor commercial and public spaces. CMS platforms, maps, applications and content are confirmed according to each project.

Four Exterior Styles

Choose an appearance aligned with the installation environment. Four styles are listed; final dimensions and finish depend on the selected size and style.

Sensitive Multi-Touch Options

Capacitive and infrared touch are available for direct user interaction. Touch points, glass structure and compatibility must be confirmed by configuration.

Reinforced Floor-Standing Base

A floor-standing enclosure supports open indoor placement. Base structure, wheels and final installation details should be confirmed for the project.

Flexible System Configuration

Driver Board, Standalone, Android and Windows options support different content paths. Interfaces and software compatibility require confirmation.

Infrared Touch

Infrared is another touch option listed for IK120 and can be used for projects requiring multi-touch operation. Specific touch points, frame structure and system compatibility must be confirmed.

The IK120 series lists 10–40 touch points and a USB touch interface. Final touch technology and touch-point configuration must be confirmed with the selected screen size and system.

Designed for Indoor Interactive Display Projects

IK120 is indoor equipment with an operating temperature of 0°C to 40°C and humidity of 10%–80% RH non-condensing. No IP rating is provided. A 2000-nit option does not mean outdoor protection. It should not be used directly in rain, roadside locations, dust, outdoor direct sunlight or extreme weather. Projects for those environments require a dedicated outdoor kiosk.
